About the Presenters

Andrew Cooper is a Strategic Energy Management Consultant with SYNERGISE and an AEE Fellow recognized internationally for his leadership in energy and GHG management. He led North America’s first ISO 50001 implementation at New Gold’s New Afton mine, achieving energy savings of more than 15% and earning multiple national and international awards. A dynamic speaker and thought leader, he presents around the world and publishes the monthly Energy Matters newsletter.

Darren LaCroix is a CSP, an Accredited Speaker, and the 2001 World Champion of Public Speaking—currently the only person in the world to hold all three distinctions. He has delivered keynote presentations across all 50 U.S. states and in 44 international cities, and is known for helping presenters elevate their skills through Stage Time University, live workshops, and his Unforgettable Presentations podcast. He is the author of 17 Minutes to Your Dream and co‑author of Deliver Unforgettable Presentations, widely recognized for his expertise in professional speaking and presentation mastery.

Mark Brown is a Certified Speaking Professional and the 1995 Toastmasters World Champion of Public Speaking, recognized globally for his expertise in leadership, communication, and high‑performance development. He has delivered more than 3,500 presentations to over 1.7 million people across five continents and has been featured by major outlets including The New York Times, Men’s Health, CNN Headline News, and PBS, where his special Words Count earned an Emmy nomination.
