How do I log into AEE Education?

On AEE Education, enter your User Name and Password and click Log In. If you have already logged in from www.aeecenter.org, you do not need to log in again.

How do I register for a training?

When you locate the training you wish to take, click its "Register" button. You must be logged in to register and pay for training. The system will prompt you to log in if needed. Input the necessary registration and payment information to complete registration. You will receive an email confirmation of your transaction.

Where do I find all the trainings I attended/registered for?

After logging into AEE Education, you will see "My Dashboard" in the top menu. All trainings you have registered for will appear on this page. You can use the filter feature to narrow the results.

How are the products on the "Recommended for You" feature selected?

In your profile, there is a section called "Interest in Categories." These options mirror categories in the training catalog. All the products populated on your "Recommended for You" menu selection are selected based on the categories you selected in your profile (0 = low level of interest; 5 = high level of interest).

How do I edit my profile?

When you are logged into AEE Education, click "Profile." In your profile, you can update the information shown.

Is the cost of the exam included in the training fees?

No. To take the exam, you will need to submit your certification application and pay a separate fee.

Is training required in order to take the certification exam?

All candidates must attend a preparatory training course conducted by an approved training provider. AEE Training is an approved training provider for all AEE Certifications.

What is the difference in the workbook for live versus online courses?

The workbook content is exactly the same. However, workbooks for online courses may be re-ordered to better fit the condensed online training schedule.

What materials will be provided for training?

In-Person Training: In-person training participants will receive a workbook and an AEE Pouch. All materials will be provided onsite at check-in/registration.

Virtual Training: Virtual participants of full length training seminars will receive a workbook and an AEE Pouch. AEE will ship these materials directly to each participant.

Online Training: Online training participants will access electronic copies of any materials through their Dashboard in AEE Education once their registration has been processed. AEE will not ship materials to Online Training participants.

Does AEE offer any discounts for training?

AEE offers the AEE Member discount to AEE members only. AEE does not offer group rates for multiple training participants. 

Where will my training be located?

In-Person events include location-specific information on the Event Details tab of their course listing in AEE Education.

Can AEE assist with travel accommodations? 

No. Participants are responsible for all travel expenses and arrangements. 

What are the primary differences between in-person, virtual, and online trainings?

In-Person: In-person trainings take place at a training center, conference center, or hotel, and typically last six to eight hours each day of the program. The certification exam is scheduled onsite on the final day of the course(separate fee and registration required for exam). Participants will receive their materials when they check into the course.

Virtual: Virtual trainings mirror in-person trainings in length and content. It is the same course as provided in-person, except that participants attend remotely. All participants are required to attend via webcam, and live attendance is required throughout the course. Virtual trainings are not recorded. Participants who wish to take the certification exam may apply to take the exam through remote proctoring. Participants will receive their materials the week prior to the start of the training.

Online: Online trainings are typically condensed courses, provided for two to 4 hours each day for two to five days. It is typically delivered at an accelerated pace, but covers the same topics in preparation for the certification exam (if applicable). Online trainings are recorded, and participants can access the recordings for six months following training completion. Participants who wish to take the certification exam may apply to take the exam through remote proctoring. Participants access their digital training materials through AEE Education after registering. No physical materials are provided to participants.

Is online training live and recorded? How do I qualify for CEUs?

Online training is live with an instructor, and consistent participation is required to qualify for the allotted training credits. The course will be recorded and available for review for up to six months following the training.

When does registration close for online courses?

Each online training has an enrollment limit set by each individual instructor. These limits are put in place to ensure the quality of the online experience, as well as encourage interaction between the participants and instructor. Registration for online training seminars will close once capacity has been reached. Early registration is highly recommended.

When will I receive access to the training?

Once a participant's registration has been processed, that person can find their purchased courses in AEE Education through "My Dashboard." Registrations are typically processed within one business day. Participants will receive an email once their registration has been processed and they can access their training. 

How will I receive training materials for the online training?

Participants receive access to any course materials the instructor has provided once their registration has been processed. If there are materials, they will be listed under the "Training Materials" tab of their course. This tab is only enabled for individuals that have purchased the online training seminar.

If I miss part of the online training, can I review it at a later time?

Each session of our online training programs is recorded and made available once the training seminar ends. Participants can access these recordings through "My Dashboard" in AEE Education, under the "My Learning Path" tab of the course. Recordings are available for six months once a training seminar completes. Access cannot be extended. 

How long will I have access to the recorded sessions?

The recorded sessions are available for six months. Access ends for the participant after six months and will not be

When will my certificate of completion be issued for online courses?

Certificates of completion will become available once you have completed the minimum requirements of a course. Within AEE Education, the course certificate is enabled after that course's minimum requirements have been met. You can access your certificate within the course under the "My Learning Path" tab.

When will I receive access to the on-demand training?

Once a participant's registration has been processed, they will receive access to the on-demand course. Participants can find the course in AEE Education, under "My Dashboard."

How long will I have access to the on-demand training?

Participants will have access to the on-demand training for six months.

How will I receive training materials for the on-demand training?

Materials are located on the "Training Materials" tab of the on-demand training course (only available to participants after their registration and payment has been processed).

When will my certificate of completion be issued for on-demand training?

Certificates of completion will become available once you have completed the minimum requirements of a course. Within AEE Education, the course certificate will become enabled after that course's minimum requirements have been met. For on-demand courses, participants must view each video before being able to access their certificate. 

I do not see the course I am interested in taking. When will it be available?
